Driving Directions To The Sherry-Netherland...
From New England / 95 South:
Follow 95 south (this becomes Cross Bronx Expressway). Follow signs to the George Washington Bridge,
stay in the extreme Right lane for the lower roadway which merges into the exit for the Henry Hudson
Parkway South (Route 9A). Exit 54th Street on the Left. Stay on 54th Street; turn Left onto Avenue of
the Americas/ 6th Avenue. Turn Right onto W 59th St. Turn Left onto Madison Avenue. Turn Left onto E 60
th St. Turn Left onto 5 th Avenue. End at 781 5th Avenue, corner of 59th. Street.
From New England:
Take the Hutchinson River Parkway to the Cross County Expressway. The Cross County brings
you into the Saw Mill River Parkway which becomes the Henry Hudson Parkway South (Rt 9A).
Stay on the Henry Hudson to the 54th Street Exit. Stay on 54th Street; turn Left onto Avenue
of the Americas/ 6 th Avenue. Turn Right onto W 59th St. Turn Left onto Madison Avenue. Turn
Left onto E 60th St. Turn Left onto 5 th Avenue. End at 781 5th Ave , corner of 59th. Street.
From Upstate New York: Take the New York State
Thruway (route 87) south to the Tappan Zee Bridge.
Go across bridge and follow signs to New York
City. Route 87 turns into Major Deegan Expressway.
Continue on Major Deegan Expressway to Triboro'
Bridge. Stay to the Right and follow signs to
Manhattan. You will automatically be on FDR
Drive south. Take the 63 rd Street exit. Proceed
west on 63rd Street. Turn Left onto 5th Avenue.
End at 781 5th Avenue, corner of 59th. Street.
From New Jersey (Turnpike):
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 16E (Lincoln Tunnel). Go through the Lincoln Tunnel, bearing
Left upon exiting. Go to 42nd Street. Turn Left onto 10th Avenue. Make a Right onto 57th Street.
Turn Left onto Madison Avenue. Turn Left onto E 60th St. Turn Left onto 5 th Avenue. End at 781 5th
Avenue , corner of 59th Street.
From New York Penn Station (NYP): Start out going southeast on West 32nd toward 6th Avenue.
Turn left onto Avenue of the Americas / 6th Avenue. Turn right onto West 59th Street / Central Park
South. Continue to follow West 59th Street. Turn left onto Madison Avenue. Turn left onto East 60th
Street Turn left onto 5th Avenue. End at 781 5th Avenue.
From John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK): Start out going north on
Compass Road toward Pilot Road. Turn left onto 148 Street. Turn slight left onto
150 Street. Turn left onto North Conduit Avenue / North 27 West. Merge onto Van
Wyck Expressway / I-678 North via the ramp on the left. Merge onto
Long Island Expressway / I-495 West via exit 12B toward Midtown Tunnel.
Take Exit 15 toward Van Dam Street. Stay straight to go onto Queens
Midtown Expressway / Borden Avenue. Turn right onto Van Dam Street.
Turn slight left onto Queens Boulevard / NY 25. Turn left onto Queens
Plaza North / Bridge Plaza North becomes Queensboro Bridge. Stay straight
to go onto Queensboro Bridge Lower Level / 59 Street Bridge. Take the 2nd
Avenue south ramp. Take the 60-Street west ramp. Turn slight left onto
East 60 Street. Turn left onto 5th Avenue. End at 781 5th Avenue
From LaGuardia International Airport (LGA): Start out going west on Northern
Boulevard / NY-25A West toward 147 Street. Merge onto Grand Central Parkway toward
LaGuradia Airport / Triboro Bridge. Grand Central Parkway West becomes I-278 East.
Take exit 3 toward Hoyt Avenue. Stay straight to go onto Astoria Boulevard
North / I-278 Truck East. Turn left onto 31st Street. Turn slight right onto
Northern Boulevard / NY-25A. Turn slight right onto Queens Plaza / Bridge Plaza North.
Turn right to stay on Queens Plaza / Bridge Plaza North. Turn left to take the
Queensboro Bridge / 59th Street Bridge ramp. Merge onto Queensboro Bridge Lower
Level / 59th Street Bridge. Take the 2-Avenue south ramp. Take the 60-Street west
ramp. Turn slight left onto East 60th Street. Turn left onto 5th Avenue.
End at 781 5th Avenue.
